We launched several product lines and tried producing them in various forms.

The molding technique is a water molding technique,
a traditional leather craft technique that utilizes the properties of leather to become flexible when wet with water and to harden during the drying process.
Basically, the water forming technique requires a pair of three-dimensional molds, a male and a female,

and it takes about 3-4 days, including drying time, to make one molded part with a pair of molds.
Basically, molding has the property of shrinking after taking shape,
so in order to minimize this, it is necessary to maintain a mold bonding state that is difficult to dry.
Since full-scale production is possible after the production of molded parts, this technique is basically impossible for mass work.
The quantity that can be made from one mold without stopping for a month is only about 5-8 pieces.
